Running Backs Skills and Fundamentals includes a 65 page eBook and 30 minute Video that presents the philosophy, coaching techniques and drills used by Coach Jeff Nixon, a rising star at the time of production in College Football coaching. Jeff recently joined the staff of the Philadelphia Eagles, after a number of college coaching positions - his most recent at Temple in 2006. Jeff had previously served as the Running Backs Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Coach Nixon produced this video and eBook during his tenure as Running Backs coach at Shippensburg University. During those years, the Shippensburg Running Backs and the Offensive unit enjoyed their most productive years in recent history. Shippensburg is one of the few Division II teams that still runs the Wing T, and is widely recognized and respected for the execution and productivity of its offense.
NFL Fullback John Kuhn, is featured in many of the drills in this video. John, who played for Coach Nixon at Shippensburg and holds a number of PSAC Division II conference rushing records started his NFL career in Pittsburgh and had a breakout season as a punishing blocker in 2007 with the Green Bay Packers.
