Paypal added as Payment Option for CompuSports Media Exchange customers
We're pleased to announce that Paypal has been added as a payment option for CompuSports Media Exchange customers.
This increasingly popular form of payment can be selected at the time of checkout and will initiate communication with Paypal's authorization systems, much like the process when a Credit Card is used to purchase an eBook or piece of software. When the Paypal approval process is complete, the eBook or software download link will appear immediately - as it does when a credit card is used.
The CompuSports Media Exchange will continue to process Credit Card orders as always, using the CompuSports, Inc. merchant account for Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cardholders. Buyers will now see two Checkout buttons when viewing a shopping cart, one to checkout using Paypal, and another to checkout using a credit card.
Paypal is owned by eBay, Inc. and became popular initially as the preferred method of payment on eBay's web sites. In recent years, however Paypal has grown in popularity as the payment processing became more "seamless".
Paypal has been an accepted method of payment on our two other online stores, www.compusports.com and www.coachingware.comfor nearly 10 years and we're excited to bring this new capability to CompuSports Media Exchange customers.
