CompuSports Media to publish electronic versions of Trap Option - 40 Plus 60
CompuSports Media Services is pleased and honored to announce that it has completed a book licensing agreement with one of our long-time authors, Coach Larry Beckish.
The licensing arrangement will bring the content from Coach Beckish's book "The Trap Option - 40 Plus 60 equals Option" to more football coaches in the increasingly popular eBook format. In addition, Members of Option Central will have access, over time, to the entire Trap Option Book in the Option Central members center, where the book will accompany the Option Central library of 100+ articles.
With coaching stints that included stops in the ACC, SEC, and Big Ten, including the opportunity to work with coaching legends like Frank Howard, Bill Parcells and Lou Holtz, Coach Beckish wrote ‘The Trap Option – 40 Plus 60 Equals Option.' and ‘I Believe in Cream, Apples, and Football – Thoughts for Coaches'.
Coach Beckish is best known for having created the Trap Option play and series in the late '70's while coaching at the collegiate level, and later published The Trap Option - 40 Plus 60 equals Option book.
An enthusiastic contributor of articles to the CompuSports Media Exchange and Footballcoachingsites.com, Coach Beckish recently joined Option Central as a Guest Writer to "kick off" the 2010 year for Option Central with his article titled "Option Plays I would run today". Coach B, has also been a guest on The Coachs Corner Radio show, where he has discussed many of the concepts in his articles and books with CompuSports Radio Network Host John Anderson.
Coach Beckish will continue to offer The Trap Option - 40 Plus 60 equals Option in spiral bound, printed format for those coaches who want to add it to their coaching library, and will be a frequent contributor to Option Central and Coachs Corner in the future.
